The Responsible Business Initiative will be put to the vote on 29 November. It demands what should be self-evident: that internationally active companies based in Switzerland can be held accountable for environmental damage and human rights violations abroad.

At an event that we are organising jointly with cfd, we are examining the Responsible Business Initiative from a women's rights perspective. It has launched a timely political debate that requires a feminist perspective.
